Your well appointed, 3-story, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome comfortably sleeps 6 & is within walking or biking distance to all Rehoboth Beach offers, including the beach. Enjoy a spacious, open floor plan on the main floor, with Room & Board furniture, and a 65-inch Samsung Smart TV with sound bar and-woofer. Airplay from iPhone or stream from Android. Your main floor deck overlooks the quiet pond setting, perfect for your morning coffee or tea and afternoon sunbathing. The gourmet kitchen with new granite counters is well-equipped with a food processor, blender, coffee machine and all other essentials. Dine in the modern dining room, the the eat-in kitchen bar, or the outdoor patio. Grill on your private propane BBQ. Your master king suite is on the third floor; features a living area, with its own 45-inch television with Xfinity connection, as well as its own office overlooking the fountain & pond. Your master bath with double vanity and separate walk-in closet are all on level with you. Ground floor guests each have their own bedroom with queen bed, as well as private access to the patio, easy access to the W/D, and a full bath. Guest bedrooms have 45" TVs with streaming Roku access. Each bedroom has its own closet with 2 drawer storage, shelf and clothes bar. Canal Corkran is the perfect jumping off point for all of your activities. Quick access to Rehoboth Avenue shops, restaurants, bars, or Tuesday’s seasonal farmers market. Walk or ride to the beach. A short stroll gets you to local microbreweries at Revolution Craft Brewery or Dogfish Head Brewing. It’s a 5 minute walk to RISE coffeehouse, The Egg, or Crystal Restaurant for breakfasts; a 10-20 minute walk for Rehoboth Avenue stores, top-rated restaurants and bars; and the central boardwalk and beach is just 25 minutes by foot or minutes on bike. No need to stress for paid parking;. There is also easy access to Route 1 and the outlets via Hebron Road, bypassing a good deal of the summer traffic leading into downtown. If you do decide to drive, use of a Rehoboth Beach Parking Pass is provided: just make sure it remains on the entry table for the next guest. Rent bikes or scooters at All Wheels. There is a storage closet under the ground level stairs, as well as a bike rack by the pool (own risk). Explore the adjacent Junction & Breakwater 16-mile trail through woodlands and marsh to Lewes. At North Shore, enjoy wetland, lagoon, dune, and boardwalk walks along the Gordon’s Pond trail to Herring Point. If you’re not up for all the beaching, biking and shopping, then just relax in Canal Corkran’s giant community pool (in-season) just steps from your door. Linens and bath towels for six are provided by Sheets at the Beach. Just return them to the laundry bag and place on the bench by front door when you leave. For example, the second floor bathroom has an odd-size rug that fits perfectly. This rug is either custom made, or someone spent many hours searching for just the right size. Our family loved this house! The photos don't do it justice. Our first impression was how spotless it was. There is a ton of living space on the main level, with a well-supplied kitchen. The two bedrooms on the first floor with access to the back patio were perfect for our teenagers. They liked having that outdoor space to themselves. The upstairs deck is quite large and is perfectly situated to enjoy the sunset each evening. The master suite on the top floor is huge and the office area was a bonus for the bit of work we each needed to get done. The wifi is super strong, so no connectivity issues. Dixon was very responsive to the few questions we had. The neighborhood is great - nice big pool steps from the house. We could walk into town, to the boardwalk or beach easily. Our kids really liked being able to stay in town later and then walked home by themselves (perfectly safe). It gave them a lot of independence and made the stay even more enjoyable. The house was modern and very well kept. Kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need. All the stores on Rehoboth Boulevard and the Boardwalk were all within walking distance. Dixon is readily available for any questions or concerns you might have. The pool was very nice and well kept. I highly recommend staying here for your vacation. ##### Dave L. The property is LOVELY, from top to bottom. The location is perfect - close to the beach but quiet and serene. The condo has everything you need-from beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels to a stocked kitchen and a huge living room. The pool was literally steps away, which was so convenient as we had a baby with us. We rented bikes from All Wheels as suggested and biked down to the beach to watch the sunrise, and followed the beautiful, wooded trails. Tons of shopping nearby, and so many restaurant options to choose from. The parking pass was a great bonus for going to the beach-just follow the signs for Permit Parking. Dixon was very helpful and a gracious host. Fantastic place to vacation! ##### rudy s. The house was immaculate and conveniently located. It was within walking distance of a nice park and several food options. The neighborhood was very quiet. The location near the pool was perfect for my daughter, as was the proximity to the local playground and restaurants nearby (all walking distance). It was also greatly appreciated that towels and linens were provided as that is not always the case with rentals. Lastly, it was wonderful to have access to beach chairs and umbrellas as it greatly reduced the number of things we had to travel with. Overall a wonderful stay for our family. ##### Jennifer B. It was absolutely beautiful and the host was very helpful and understanding. He even recommended restaurants nearby. The entire group enjoyed their stay. My family and I enjoyed a terrific, last minute Memorial Day weekend in this fantastic townhome! The home is spacious, beautifully maintained, and in a lovely community - a mile walk to boardwalk and all, but yet removed from the noise. Also nicely accessible to great biking and all of the shopping, go karts, etc. On Rte 1\. And I can't say enough about the wonderful host, Dixon! Super responsive, helpful notes and advice on all, and just an absolute pleasure. A wonderful weekend -- look forward to returning! ##### Katie J. The loft (effectively third floor) master bedroom is apartment sized, with the other two bedrooms on the ground level. This arrangement suited our family with grown sons who had their own space, they could come and go without disturbing anyone. The kitchen is copiously equipped with all the gadgets, pans and dishes you could ever imagine. Modern property with an excellent location--easy in-easy out of town while only a short bike ride to the beach. Love this place and hope to return soon! ##### John S. We've been coming to Rehoboth for over 10 yrs and always stay at the same place. Late schedule change for daughter's crew team meant we had to find a new place. Had never used VRBO before either. First time was a charm on all fronts! Condo is beautiful and plenty large for our family of 4 - and super quiet; couldn't hear any neighbors. Easy walk into town and even to the beach. No issues other than the beds were not made when we arrived late due to traffic. It would have been nice to know we were responsible for making them. The listing never mentioned that. Loved the location. I would suggest different deck furniture. We could not sit out there because of the rain storms that drenched the cushions. They never dried out. Entrance to the property told us we were in a beautiful neighborhood, of which condos are mixed with beautiful homes. Safety never an issue. The spacious unit was just as the pictures depicted. A well-appointed kitchen, open floor plan, lovely patio was not used as much as we wanted because we had a hot spell this week. The host, Dixon, was so attentive. We had one electrical outlet that failed, and it was replaced in no time. The community pool is very close, and there is a bike rack, and extra parking there as well. As a post script, we realized we left some articles in the unit, and Dixon worked diligently with us to retrieve them. We are so appreciative of that attention.
