It is a beautiful home-away-from-home, with a lovely living and dining room space off the modern kitchen, great for the whole family to be together, cook, play games and watch movies. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable. The central air was fantastic and kept the house cool on even the hottest of days. We loved that we were within walking distance of the beach, tennis courts and town and that our teenagers could easily come and go on their own time schedule, while the early birds in the family were enjoying the beach! We had an issue with the outlets and maintenance came right over to fix the issue. The house was exactly as advertised and the host was on top of everything. It was a bit tight for our group of 6 adults and two children. The bedrooms are small but we weren’t in them much. Since it is a new rental there were a few minor problems but the owner was very responsive and took care of things quickly. We could also walk to shops, boardwalk and more. Plenty of parking and parking passes which we didn’t expect. Home could have been cleaner. Couch pillows were dirty, arms of the couch dirty. Plates and cups, etc were fine, but frying pan had seen better days. Not even starter of something to clean up after ourselvesLike Lysol or wipes. Plenty of beds and appreciated extra towels. If there were 9Sleeping there tv or family time would be tight. Outdoor tables were beyond filthy. We loved the proximity to the beach, but the place needs some love. ##### Debra B.
