A minimum of 5 nights is required. Wake to fabulous ocean views! All three levels have ocean views. The master bedroom, with it's own deck, has an incredible view of the ocean. (The first photo was taken from this deck) Two bedrooms share a bath on the first level. One bedroom has a queen size bed and a flat-screem TV hooked to cable. The other lower-level bedroom has a full-size bed with twin bunk over top and a flat-screen TV hooked to cable. The 2nd level features the living room, dining room, kitchen and half bath. The living room has a 47" Smart TV with cable and DVD. There are about 250 DVDs for rainy days. For those that need to get a little work done, wireless hi-speed internet is available. Furniture is constantly updated and the house is well cared-for. Two bedrooms, each with their own bath are on the top level. The master features a king-size bed and 47" Smart TV hooked to cable. The second upstairs bedroom has its own bath, two twin beds and a TV hooked to cable. There are five decks, so it's easy to relax with a book. The beach is less than 50 yards away. This is a small, quiet community of 14 townhouses where you can enjoy quiet time, or walk one block to the nightlife Dewey Beach offers. Painting is done every off-season. Two heat pumps, water heater, range, dishwasher and carpeting in a first floor bedroom were all new in 2013\. All the bedrooms have flat-screen TVs. The main level has front-load washer and dryer. Trash and recycling are each collected twice a week so the common area stays clean. Rentals are Saturday to Saturday. We do not rent three nights for a holiday weekend. A minimum of 5 nights is required. This was a great beach house in a fantastic location. Being in the central area of Dewey, we were afraid the beach might be more crowded there, but not so. We had plenty of space to spread out on the beach every day. The house is as close to the beach as the ocean front houses, but not priced at the ocean front rates. The view from the main level deck is fantastic. The layout of the house worked well for our needs. The kitchen was very well equipped with all of the appliances we needed (including an excellent blender which we put to good use). Easy walk to anywhere in Dewey. Everyday I would wake up and smile at seeing the blue ocean out my window and from the deck where I enjoyed my coffee. The living room was so spacious that all of us could crowd around to play games or watch TV. Mostly, though, we were able to walk to all our favorite Dewey Beach restaurants or spend hours on the beach. It took minutes to walk back to the house to grab a drink or whatever we needed. The beds were all super comfy, with lots of outlets for our electronics, plus closets and drawers to make an extended stay like home. The kitchen had every supply needed and if we cooked (which we didn't much), you could work in there together. There are three stories of steps, but they didn't pose any problems for us. We loved hanging out on the deck watching the beachgoers stroll by. It was near the Lifeguard station which was reassuring since we had two well-behaved, beach loving five year olds visiting. Lots of bathrooms, so no one had to wait or they could use the outdoor shower. Lots of beach chairs and toys too. We loved it so much, we are booking it again next summer and hopefully this fall too. Closets were filled with junk, some of the closets were not usable due to the junk, walls need painted, outside steps are in need of repair, vertical blinds were cheap and broke easily, shower heads need replaced (one bathroom shower could not be used due to low water pressure/poor shower head). This is our 15th year at Dewey Beach and we finally decided to upgrade. Boy were we in for a surprise! Definitely a downgrade from our previous beach home! It’s also a prime location for walking to all local restaurants. The deck was great for hanging out after dinner (although the neighbors were awfully close) and the inside had comfortable furnishings. The layout was great for two separate families, with two bedrooms on floor 1 and two more on floor 3\. The bottom floor deck was also really convenient gif dropping beach accessories at the end of the day as well as the outdoor shower. Excellent spot and would recommend! ##### Stefanie M. This could not have been a more perfect house!! We had family come in from all over the country to celebrate my 75th birthday and everything exceeded my expectations. The rooms had plenty of beds and bathrooms to accommodate our family. We rented the linens and towels from a local company, and drop off / pick up was a simple process. The house was pre-stocked with so many other amenities and kitchen supplies. I think the only thing that wasn't there was a dish sponge, which we purchased and left behind a couple new ones along with extra supplies to replace other items we used. This house is situated literally steps from the beach, with a beautiful view of the beach from the top couple levels. We also found it fun to be near the lifeguard hub, which not only felt safe, but was cool to watch their intense training every morning! There are tons of great restaurants within walking distance - the only time we moved our car was to go to the grocery store (a quick drive) and the couple times we went over to the Rehoboth Boardwalk area (also a quick drive). Everyone was so friendly in the area - we put up our pop-up tent for the day on the beach and came and went throughout. The house has tons of beach chairs and sand toys that came in very handy for us. Chris was quick to respond to any questions we had and a fantastic host! We took advantage of the many games that were provided in the house and had some fun evenings playing those. :) Would definitely recommend, 10/10 and would love to come back again!! ##### Ina W. The location was walkable to everything -- restaurants/bars, shops, and the beach -- and made it easy to run back up to the house whenever necessary.
