Pet friendly. Come enjoy Rehoboth! This beautiful townhome is located in the lovely Rehoboth Crossing Community, just 1 mile to Rehoboth Beach and world-famous boardwalk on the east side of Coastal Highway. You can walk or bike to the beach or take the Delaware Resort Shuttle Beach Bus which stops outside the community. Our home includes four bedrooms, each with its own bath, for an optimal, relaxing vacation. We are a pet friendly vacation spot! As you enter the home into the spacious foyer on the first floor, you will have access to the garage where you can store your bikes and beach chairs and a spare refrigerator. At the end of the hall, the first floor master bedroom, with king sized bed and private bath, has a TV and an 8’ sliding glass door with access to a patio. On the 2nd floor you will enjoy a wide open floor plan with living room, dining room, kitchen, and half bath/powder room. The screen porch with a ceiling fan, on this level also gives you a quiet place to relax. A large TV with sofas and chairs allows you to relax after a great day on the beach. The open kitchen provides plenty of room to cook for your large party. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances with an ice maker, granite counter tops and 2 coffee makers to give you plenty of coffee. The third floor has 2 more bedrooms each with king size beds and TV’s, and their own bathroom. The first bedroom on this level has a deck to enjoy your coffee in the morning. Front loading washer and dryer behind closed doors allow you to wash your beach towels and bathing suits. The entire 4th floor is wide open with plenty of sleeping for a family or kids, with one queen size bed, 2 twin beds, a futon and a full bathroom Two zone central heating and air conditioning provide for comfort on hot summer days. Our townhouse provides free WIFI along with 2 parking spaces in the driveway. Additional parking is permitted in a parking lot located adjacent to the community. There are so many ways to enjoy yourself while staying at our property! The community pool with small exercise room and clubhouse is one block away. You can access the Junction and Breakwater Trail, a scenic wooded bike and walking trail that connects Rehoboth to Lewes, through the dedicated community gate. Rehoboth Beach has everything you need for a fun and memorable vacation: Walking distance to tax-free shopping at the popular Rehoboth Outlets, bars, restaurants, night life, entertainment, beach, boardwalk, and water park… so much to see and do, you will want more than one week in our lovely and spacious home! Dewey Beach is located less than two miles away with lively nightlife and dining. Visit historic downtown Lewes for bay beaches, fishing, shopping, dining and much more. The location is central to so many different activities and restaurants. We enjoyed the mid level deck after a day on the beach with drinks and appetizers. The property is located conveniently between Rehoboth and Lewes, and since we had some rain on our vacation it was nice to be close to the outlets. The community pool was open even though our trip was after Labor Day. That was something I was hoping for, however again the weather didn't really cooperate. With everything you'd want right there. Short walk to the pool, even shorter walk to extra parking. A few minutes drive to the beach, boardwalk and hundreds of shops, restaurants, breweries, ice cream parlors, coffee shops, breakfast cafe's, bars, night life, etc... A few minutes drive the other way are grocery stores, more restaurants, outlet shopping, mini golf. It was the perfect spot. Also the perfect vacation spot for my wife and I, our 3 adult children, their spouses, children and pets. So much room, so much fun! Enough room to be all together and privacy to be apart. Perfect location for the beach (we rode bikes there a lot) and quick drive to boardwalk. I wouldn’t rely on the shuttle to the beach as it doesn’t start till 3pm and really not that convenient. Great location. Actually has an extra parking spot. No one had to share bathrooms. One of the best stays ever. Washer and dryer worked great, but there is an odor coming from them. ##### cathy m. Has everything you need.. you will need to bring towels and sheet sets and a beach umbrella if you have one (they sell them on the beach for $16 for the day) Location is great!! You can walk to CVS, Tanger Outlet Malls, Outback and Iron Hill Brewery. In the development, there is a gate for a walking trail that you can take to The Point coffee house. The beach is a 5min. drive. You will have a wonderful stay here!!! ##### Kim S. Every couple was able to have their own floor for sleeping and bathing....then we all came together on level 2 for group meals, board games, tv & movies and just hanging out. Interior was nicely decorated and neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. It was off season for tourists. We were minutes away from beach, downtowns, restaurants, shopping ....everything! We would defintely stay again if events bring us all to the area again. The hosts provided all the information we needed and answered any questions. ##### Theresa S. We had a wonderful experience, vacation and family wedding! The property was clean and well maintained with lots of extra amenities. There was plenty of room for all and it was lovely. The neighbors and other guests at the property were friendly and welcoming. We loved having the pool in addition to beach access and the location was so convenient to shopping and restaurants.
