This property features a tri-level townhome with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths and one car garage. When you walk in the front door you know you will feel right at home with the modern coastal beach decor. The first floor living area offers a queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom and an additional sitting area with queen pull out sleeper sofa. Walk to the backyard area where you will find a covered patio where you can use the gas BBQ, enjoy a family meal or relax and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere. The second floor offers an open floor concept living space with a half bath, kitchen and dining room. You can also enjoy both the front and rear screened porches on this level. The third level has three additional bedrooms. One king bedroom with a ensuite bathroom, a queen bedroom, and a double bed in the third bedroom. There is also a hall bath on the third level, which is shared. Linen is provided for your convivence Parking is provided for two vehicles. One in the driveway and one in the garage. Owner provides beach equipment and baby equipment (upon request only). Community has two pools which are open from 5/26-9/1. Preregistration is required for community amenity use.
