Nestled within the newly constructed private community of Cattail Villas along one of Rehoboth Beach's most scenic roads, this home offers easy access to Rehoboth Bay, minutes from Rehoboth Beach, Lewes Beach, Dewey Beach, restaurants, boardwalk, shopping, golf, and all the area's most popular attractions at your fingertips. You'll be close to everything, yet nestled in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood.



    This end-unit was built in 2025 and offers luxury, comfort, and exceptional entertaining spaces. Thoughtfully designed with a coastal-modern aesthetic, this beautifully furnished three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath home features soaring cathedral ceilings, abundant natural light, and an open-concept floor plan that creates an inviting atmosphere for gathering and entertaining with family and friends. House was fully stocked in kitchen, clean, plenty of room to hang as a family of 5. Neighborhood was still under construction so there wasn’t a pool yet but it will be close by. Lots of wildlife for the children to look for on the walks we saw deer, turtles, frogs, ect. Would definitely stay again.
