OVERVIEW: Welcome to Munson Street in Country Club Estates, a family-friendly, dog-friendly, three-bedroom, two-bathroom beach cottage. Super spacious ranch-style Rehoboth Beach cottage. There is a lovely open flow with Wi-Fi, a well-appointed kitchen with new cookware, new bed linens, updated bathrooms, and a private yard for the kids or your fur baby. LOCATION: Country Club Estates. Only two blocks to Rehoboth Ave and four blocks from the beach and boardwalk. PARKING: Private driveway for one car and one car garage. AMENITIES: Outdoor shower, Wi-Fi, washer, dryer, and electronic keypad system for easy check-in and check-out. Patio with seating, fireplace, and sunroom. THINGS TO KNOW: The 199.99 processing fee is non-refundable in the event you cancel. This home is dog-friendly with a pet fee (one dog only). It rents from Saturday to Saturday during the summer months. Linens are not included, but we do have a linen rental package for guests. No smoking! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. The only drawback is the lack of a usable driveway, as any size car parked in the driveway will block the sidewalk. The use of the garage was great but very tight for larger vehicles.
