It was cozy and roomy for our family and a great location that allowed us to walk to restaurants, coffee shops and even the beach for an evening stroll. Nice neighborhood and cul-de-sac. Short walk or drive to the beach, walkable to Rehoboth Ave, restaurants and coffee shops and there is a great kids playground/park right down the street. My family of 10 had a great time and there were plenty of beds which was perfect. The house is old and rundown but overall fine.
