Beautiful, brand new, end unit townhome with 3 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, and one 1/2 bath on the main level. In the Rehoboth Crossing community with a Pool & Fitness area. Each level has an awesome deck or porch with spectacular sunset views. All new chic furniture, including a king bed with direct deck access on the top floor, twin beds in another bedroom on the top floor, and a queen bed on the lower level bedroom with sliding doors to the back deck, along with a grill. A flip bed for children in one room, so sleeping for 7 guests. Townhome also features an open floor plan with dining, living room, breakfast nook and a huge modern kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The screened in porch by the kitchen also provides great sunset views and a comfortable table and chairs for memorable outside dining. We love having coffee out there for lazy mornings or before hitting the beach! Private, large pool, fitness center and clubhouse too. Walk to Tanger Outlets, many restaurants and bars and minutes from movies, golf, water parks, the fabulous Fractured Prune Donut shop (a must in Rehoboth!) and the beaches as close as an easy 5 minute ride. Private access to the Junction and Breakwater Trail so if scenic biking or hiking is your thing, you can get to Rehoboth, Lewes or the beaches and state parks and enjoy nature at your pace. Or take the bus which is just steps away, a great option for enjoying the nightlife!. On the Ocean side of Route 1 - quick access to Rehoboth Avenue without the hassle of the highway. Everything you need but please remember to bring your own linens, and towels. Sleeps 7 comfortably. Unlimited parking in the parking lot right behind our unit. In summary, it was immaculately clean, very nicely decorated, very spacious, and had all the amenities, pics were very accurate, and importantly, James, the owner, was easy to reach, very responsive and his hospitality was superb. This end unit townhome is in a nice community. The instructions for checking in was very clear and easy. The fact that each bedroom had their own private bathroom was an extra plus. It was very nicely decorated, just as you see in the pics, and you got alot of natural light coming through the windows too. I loved how clean the place was. It was a joy to cook and grill at this place. Small packets of shampoos, conditioners were provided (felt like a hybrid of a well run hotel with the comforts of home). When we arrived, he allowed to us to check in as soon as it was done being cleaned. Although we initially had a little trouble with the key, when we entered we were very happy with the space. It was great to have a private bath for each bedroom. We also enjoyed the screened in deck off the main level as it had a fan and was a great spot to eat dinner. The kitchen was well stocked even though we didn’t cook while there. There was an issue with a missing parking pass, but James responded very promptly and helped fix the situation. Being in the upstairs or downstairs bedroom you didn’t hear anyone while sleeping. Will definitely stay there again the only thing that would help would be a vacuum for the throw rugs.
