It has a nice kitchen and dining room, as well as a very comfortable living room and bedrooms. We had a group of 9-10 and were all comfortable. The house is about a 7-10 minute drive to the beach and we were able to shuttle the group back and forth and use the parking permit provided. The house is in a very quiet and friendly neighborhood and there were always tons of people out walking their dogs and riding bikes. The kitchen was very large with an amazing oven/fridge with plenty of space in the pantry. The table seated 10 comfortably and it was nice to sit together to eat. They had a very detailed instruction book with check in/checkout process! It was very spacious and had everything you needed. The sunrises n sunsets were beautiful and loved the visits from the deer. Here are a few suggestions check out the mattress in the queen bed in downstairs closest to door. Tv remote in non master was missing. Lots of debris on deck we cleaned it off. Also, please be aware: the small toaster on the kitchen counter is a fire hazard. It is quite difficult to confirm when you turn it off. I had left it on and quite by chance realized it. The house is truly overstuffed with stuff that only makes it look extremely cluttered. Suggest you do a thorough de clutter of the place, especially the dozens of pillows that really don't add to any comfort and the endless nick knacks. The controls to the dishwasher are broken, one has to guess as to the cycle chosen. Could not find the switch to turn on the lights over the kitchen table. Suggest you label the switches for ease of use. On the positive side: thank you for providing linens and towels and the many other amenities (dish washing soap, etc.) Regards. ##### Irma S. Magnificent family/kitchen area . Decks everywhere! Basketball was the icing for grandkids!.. Beds were ALL comfy like new! Area was close to everything. Lots of room to have your own space as well as to be together. We enjoyed biking around the neighborhood and it was a short drive to the beach. And, we appreciated being able to bring our dogs. Not much but does need some care. Basics but necessary. Home is very spacious and is away from the craziness of Route 1 but close enough to get to anything you need. Well decorated and well supplied. Beware it is nor overlooking the water, but does have a bit of a water view from some areas of the deck. Very conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood where we enjoyed several beautiful walks. Only 5 minute drive to the beach and downtown Rehoboth shops in one direction and outlets and movie theater in another. Robyn was an amazing host. The house had everything we needed and more. From cold lemonade in the refrigerator to all the condiments, coffee, and even our favorite teas. Robyn was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating to our needs. The living room was very cozy and conducive to spending time as a family. Great stay. ##### Mara P. This property was perfect for someone with pets not looking to be too close to downtown. The neighborhood is very walk-able and Rehoboth and Dewey are a very short drive away. The parking pass that is included makes a day trip to the beach easy. We also really appreciated the crib and high chair that were already present at the property. The kitchen is the highlight of the home, though the expansive deck areas were also nice. Only critique is that the beds are showing their years.
