Having to share a bathroom with 4 others required patience and flexibility. For a place to shelter for a on the go group, this is an excellent option. It allowed some to go and some to rest and relax. On the peripheral, the kitchen was sufficiently equipped with actual nonstick pans and sharp knives. I appreciate that. This place was exactly what we were hoping for and more! The space was comfortable and cozy and perfectly located. We were able to easily walk to everything on the main strip: beach, boardwalk, arcade, mini golf, shops, and restaurants. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet, cozy spot steps away from the excitement of rehoboth beach. The unit is very dated though and the set up is weird. The Jack and Jill bathroom between the upstairs bedrooms (only accessible by spiral staircase) is not ideal. We would not have booked this property had we known. Vacasa’s property maintenance came in a timely manner, but issues weren’t able to be fixed before the end of our stay.
