Private Silver Lake Home — Walk to Beach & Town Welcome to Lee’s Pointe — a cherished family retreat for three generations. This spacious home offers the perfect blend of comfort, location, and classic beach-town charm. With 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, two inviting common living areas, a game room, and a garage, there’s plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy time together. The home is set on a large, fenced-in yard with beautiful views of Silver Lake, providing both privacy and scenic surroundings. The main living space is located on the second floor, offering stunning lake views and an abundance of natural light — an ideal gathering spot after a day at the beach. Location truly can’t be beat. You’re just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk, as well as Rehoboth Avenue, with its shops, restaurants, and entertainment. A nearby park and a new elementary school feature playgrounds, tennis/pickleball courts, and basketball courts, and there’s even a basketball hoop right in front of the house for added fun. Small to medium-sized dogs are welcome, so the whole family can come along. Please be sure to include the pet fee when making your reservation. We had a really nice stay and the hosts were very responsive to all of our questions throughout the visit. The house is exactly as advertised and we really enjoyed that it felt so secluded while still being close to the beach and commercial areas. We enjoyed our week stay at this house in Rehoboth! Peaceful and quiet location while also being close to the beach and boardwalk (10 min walk). The house is beautiful, perfectly located on a tree lined street, and has everything you need for a perfect vacation.
