The neighborhood was very clean and quiet and enjoyed walking around the complex with easy access to pool and tennis and basketball courts. Property was minutes away from Rehoboth, Savannah and Johnny Walker beaches that we enjoyed very much. The pool was directly across from the townhome, which was perfect for the kids to play and for relaxing by the pool. The 3 floor layout allowed for us to be able to have some quiet time throughout the week. The kitchen was clean and well stocked with utensils. Location was perfect as we were able to easily access grocery stores without having to go out on route 1\. We also took a trip to Towers Beach, which was about 15 minutes away. ##### Mather P. Lots of steps to navigate. Garage door was quite finicky and took much work to open initially. Gate was also finicky after hours.
