Our condo is newly furnished in a coastal-modern style with just a few vintage coastal pieces including the dressers and artwork. Otherwise, all furniture, TVs, and accessories are new. It offers a spacious, open layout with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a dining area, kitchen, laundry room, and private balcony.

🛏️ Comfy Bedrooms:
The primary bedroom has a king-size black poster bed, large dresser, nightstands with USB and power strips, Roku TV, large walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and double vanity.

The guest room has two brand new full beds with new high-quality mattresses, a dresser, USB and power strips, Roku TV, and a walk-in closet. The second full bathroom with a bathtub/shower is located just outside the bedroom, off the kitchen.

💤 Sleeps 6:
The large sectional in the living is a queen sleeper if you prefer to spread out. Maximum guest capacity is 6.

🍳 Fully-Equipped Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances: four burner electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee station, toaster, blender, and more. We also have new Calphalon cookware, utensils, knives, plates, glasses, coffee mugs, etc. You should have everything you need other than some groceries and specialty needs.

🏖️ Beach Essentials:
For your beach days, we provide a beach blanket, towels and 4 beach chairs. Please be aware there's always the chance of a broken chair or missing towels given how much these are used.

🛏️ Linens:
All linens are provided including sheets, blankets, throws, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths.

🧴Toiletries:
We typically provide a small supply of laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, paper towels and tissues.

☕ Extras and other amenities
We provide ground coffee, flavored syrup, and creamer to get your first morning off to a great start!

Other amenities include an iron, ironing board, hair dryer, first-aid kit, games, extra pillows, and fast-wifi.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
You don’t have to strip the beds, but please leave them unmade so our cleaners know which sheets to change.
Be sure that both pool key fobs are located on the stand next to the door. Missing key fobs will be charged at $100 each for replacement.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rehoboth Beach Day

My family was looking for a place for just one day and this condo was perfect. Immaculately clean and well stocked. We were close to the beach and easy access to lots of great food options.
