### Coastal Modern Condo - Central Location!

Our condo is newly furnished in a coastal-modern style with just a few vintage coastal pieces including the dressers and artwork. Otherwise, all furniture, TVs, and accessories are new. It offers a spacious, open layout with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a dining area, kitchen, laundry room, and private balcony.   
  
Important Information:   
  
- No pets are allowed per HOA rules.
- Location: 3rd-floor walk-up (no elevator).
- Parking: There is plenty of free parking.
- Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
