We really enjoy staying here. It is a great location for when we are there to work & also close enough to downtown. My only complaint is that they need more options for channel selection on the TV.

Great location minutes from the beach. Wonderful neighborhood. The property is just as described. Game room was a lot of fun. I highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here again when coming to Rehoboth Beach!

Awesome location, near amenities and only 10 min from the beach. Great number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Had a major house issue come up in the middle of the stay and it took hours for the owners to respond but when they finally did, they took care to fix the problem. Would stay again.

Great location for Lacrosse Tournament at DE Turf

Great property! We enjoyed the air hockey and foosball table and the location. Close enough the DE Turf fields but a fun location in Rehobeth Beach! We did replace the propane tank so would could grill and we used Amazon to restock the foosball’s for the foosball table but it was a small price to pay for the great lodging!!!

2023 family vacation house review

This house checked all the boxes for us! The location is great and convenient to both the beach and shopping. It was clean with no odors and the decor was current. The game room is a nice bonus, along with the board games that had us laughing until we cried! It’s an overall nice place to stay and we look forward to returning next year:))

Great vacation house for a group

We had a great time with 3 different families with teens. Plenty of room and game room was terrific! Kitchen well equipped for cooking. The floors were a bit dirty/slippery so I recommend bringing house shoes. The location was a quick drive (or easy bike ride) to the town and beach.. thanks so much!

Third stay at this wonderful home, away from home with my husband, our kids and nephew (11, 13 & 14 yr olds). Highlight is always the game room, the well-stocked kitchen and spacious areas. Location is perfect and parking is plentiful. Communication with owner is timely, within checkin and checkout a breeze! Until next time, we left with more fond memories.

Very nice house, clean and updated. The fenced yard in the pictures is not part of the property, which was a bit disappointing and misleading. Coffee machine and BBQ did not work well. Great location for SATB tournaments. Overall, good rental.

we stayed a few days for some shopping and dining in the area- the house is located conveniently close to 1 shopping areas-but is on a main road- you can hear traffic at times but it’s not bad, and you are adjacent to an area to walk with your dog if needed- the keyless entry is the easiest ive ever used- the house has everything u might need for a stay including a start on paper supplies- the game room is great- loved the shuffleboard- the host is very responsive and accommodating- we will definitely stay again when visiting-

Great Family Vacation Spot

This is my third time staying at this property. I return, because I know that everything will be just as it is stated. The property is always immaculate. The owner also provides a lot of items, those things that you might forget. The neighborhood is quiet. It is located so close to shopping and the beaches. Can’t wait to go back this summer.

Great location in quiet neighborhood but close to highway and beach. Check in easy. Exactly as described. A little bit surprised lack of any bathroom rugs for shower etc.. not so bad to bring own linens. Also a little surprised only 2 rolls of toilet paper for a whole house, though they said this would be the case, so fair enough.

Pleasant quiet location

Overall we thoroughly enjoyed the home and location. The home was well decorated and well kept. The game room was used and some of the table games were missing game pieces but we made it work. A few appliances had clearly not been treated well by previous clients so we spent some time cleaning before we could safely use them. The best part of our stay was the host.. she was kind & responsive.

Family Vacation

This was our second year in a row using this beach house and it lived up to every expectation! Megan is always extremely responsive. The house is conveniently located near the grocery store and outlets, and is a 10 minute drive to the beach. Check in was smooth as always and the house was very clean upon our arrival. My husband and boys spent lots of time in the game room playing air hockey and fuseball. We even occupied ourselves w/ the Perfection game one night. Our Cavapoodle loved walks in the quiet neighborhood every morning and afternoon. I also enjoyed the sitting area in the back porch. Can't wait for next summer!

Anniversary Beach Getaway

We were so sad to pack up and leave on our last day. We LOVED this single home tucked in a quiet neighborhood away from all the chaos of Rehoboth. The beach is a short just under 10 minute drive, and the outlets are easily a 2 minute drive. Check-in to the house was an easy process. It was very organized, clean, and there was plenty of space for our family of 4. The neighborhood was great for walking our Cavapoodle. My boys spent most of the time in the game room playing fuseball and air hockey. I loved spending time on the back porch w/ my book. We would love to come back next summer. Don't delay - book TODAY!
