Tranquil Dewey Beach! You'll love this sun-filled end-unit townhome with views of the Rehoboth Bay from every room. Enjoy the water views and sounds of the bay and ocean from the 3 decks off the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. Sunbathe, swim or surf at the ocean beach which is just one block away... or watch the sunset or launch your kayak from the small private Rehoboth Bay beach, which is mere steps away! Perfect location, walkable to Dewey's restaurants and nightlife and the "Jolley Trolley" stop, for tram to Rehoboth Beach. Dogs allowed with a $300 Non-fundable Fee for one and a $150 additional Fee for two (sorry no cats.) Number of dogs & breed restrictions may apply. Offers so much: 2 vehicle carport with total parking for 4 cars (no parking passes needed,) charcoal BBQ grill, CAC, WIFI, and 1st fl. shower and laundry for those frequent beach trips. Rents Friday to Friday so you can avoid all the Route One Saturday traffic!  
The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.  
Guest pays a $175 cleaning fee for all stays. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.  
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00\. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.  
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.  
VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. Guests may rent Linens/Towels through the hosting company or bring their own.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental has a nice amount of space for a family. The kids were excited to stay in bunk beds! Plenty of closet and drawer space to unpack. The washer and dryer are newer, worked great and were clean. The first floor shower was very helpful in keeping less sand in the house. Overall very nice stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed this property. It was located on a quiet street where most of the other units are owner occupied so there wasn't a lot of Senior Week renters while we were there in early June. The unit has quality furniture, etc and we appreciated all the beach chairs. It was an easy walk to restaurants and a short walk to the beach. We would recommend this unit!
