Loccum is located in a rural location in close proximity to the Steinhuder Sea (12 km), which is ideal as a holiday destination. - Accommodation: The apartment has 3 bedrooms, with a total of 6-7 beds, in addition, a cot is available. In addition to a woodburning stove, coffee table and 50-inch Smart TV, the accommodation offers various amenities and a cozy and attractive facilities to feel comfortable. The rooms have small seating or a small workplace, if the hustle and bustle in the living area gets too big. Total size of the accommodation: 110 m², The accommodation is spread over three levels. The entrance hall with cloakroom is located on the ground floor. A staircase leads to the spacious living area with TV, sofa, dining table for 6 people, fireplace and coffee table. From the living area a small staircase leads to the open kitchen. Here is a high quality fitted kitchen with stove, oven and dishwasher and a small seating area. 2 refrigerators provide storage space for supplies. Washing machine and iron are available. All rooms start from the central bright and friendly living area. The bathroom is equipped with corner bath and walk - in shower. The underfloor heating provides pleasant warmth in the cozy and modern bathroom. On the farm there are several sitting areas in the summer to linger. It can be enjoyed a magnificent view over meadows; an unobstructed view at sunset included. Sheep, chickens, horses and cows on meadows are in the immediate vicinity and look forward to a friendly visit to the fence. For bicycles a parking space is available. We also offer the possibility to charge bicycle batteries. A free parking space is available. For electric cars we keep self-produced electricity (not included) ready. The property is located on the main road. The view, the equipment and location of the court compensate for the partially existing street noise. We welcome all on our old farm; So on the farm there are regular yoga buddies using our seminar and exercise room and the little putt-kids of the nursery, who have their headquarters in our old pigsty. Rundum ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir werden bestimmt wieder buchen Die Wohnung sieht genau so aus, wie im Text und auf den Fotos dargestellt. Für 3 Personen war die Wohnung eigentlich zu groß, aber so hatte unser kleiner (2 Jahre) bei schlechtem Wetter auch genügend Platz sich mit seinem Spielzeug auszubreiten und auszutoben. Wir haben eigenes Spielzeug mitgebracht, in der Ferienwohnung war aber auch eine Grundausstattung an eigenem Spielzeug und Kinderbüchern vorhanden. Uns hat die ländliche Umgebung sehr gut gefallen. Hinter dem Hof war ein großer Garten in welchem der kleine spielen und die Tiere auf den Nachbarhöfen (Hühner, Ziegen und Kühe) beobachten konnte. Der Spielplatz der Kinderkrippe durfte ab Nachmittag (sobald diese geschlossen hat) auch mitgenutzt werden, hier standen viele Bobby-Cars, Roller und weiteres zur Verfügung, inkl. Sandkasten und einem Springbrunnen. Die Vermieter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für den Einkauf ist 700m weiter ein großer Edeke und weitere Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf. Für die täglichen Ausflüge stehen viele Ziele zur Verfügung (in der Ferienwohnung ist auch ein ganzer Korb mit Prospekten über diese vorhanden), wir haben z.B. das Steinhuder Meer besucht, das Schmetterlingshaus oder den Dinopark. ##### Daniela M. Alles da was benötigt wird. Kann ich empfehlen. Die Wohnung liegt an der Hauptstraße die durch den Ort führt und es ist daher Lärm der Fahrzeuge zu hören. Im Haus gibt es eine Kita, aber von dort hört man wenig. Einen Whirlpool habe ich aber vergebens gesucht. Das Bad hat eine Badewanne und eine ebenerdige Dusche. Alles sehr schick und modern gemacht. Die Beschreibung trifft vollends zu. Wir haben alles so vorgefunden, wie es beschrieben wurde. Die Eigentümer sind sehr nette und tüchtige Leute. Der ehemalige Bauernhof wurde an die heutigen Begebenheiten angepasst. Prima gemacht! Vielen Dank, dass wir hier zu Gast sein durften. ##### Dirk D.
