  • Rustic house "Les Campaou". 6 km from the centre of Baudinard-sur-Verdon, 10 km from the centre of Aups, in a secluded position, 10 km from the lake. Private: property 1'500 m2 (fenced) with trees, swimming pool fenced (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). 500 m long very bumpy motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 6 km, bus stop 10 km, bathing lake "Lac de Sainte Croix" 10 km.
    "Les Campaou", 2-room house 50 m2. Renovated in 2006, rustic furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed and open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed. Alcove with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Open kitchen (4 gas rings, microwave, freezer). Bath/WC. Solar power no heating option. Patio. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Offer by a commercial proprietor according to  Art. 155, IV, CGI
