"Room in general was clean but I did find some remnant hairs in the shower. Otherwise it was clean. PS we also bring our own Clorox wipes to give things a clean as well. Staff was the best part! Super helpful. Kind of a funny/ weird moment but I had asked for ice in my thermos and the gentleman at the front desk poured the ice as though he only had only a few ice cubes left lol"

"Constant opening and closing of doors next to and around me from morning to night to middle of the night kept me awake unfortunately "

"From the moment I walked into the lobby to check in. I was surrounded fresh scent, and friendly staff that greeted me with so much enthusiastic welcomes. I brought my father in the take him on a holiday for a couple of days. His birthday amd Easter. We had a great time there. Nice delicious breakfast and wind down with a bite to eat and a beer. Its.was nice not having to leave and drive elsewhere. Room was super clean.Staff greeted you every time you exited the building and returned to your room. Ill be seeing you next month.Thanks for your wonderful hospitality!"

"A/C was not working when I checked in and repair person was gone for the day. No other rooms were available. No discount, refund or other accommodations were offered. Neighborhood is not very safe. If I were a woman I would feel very uncomfortable walking around there at night."

"They cleaned 0nly one day. They were mad at me for the condition of the room after not cleaning it for a week."

"Extremely intense sewer smell in the bathroom. You'd be breathing hydrogen sulfide gas whole time you take a shower. I felt quite sick after a few minutes. Plumbers visited to look at the problem but they did absolutely nothing. And the Marbella Lane ignored my complaint afterward. Stay away from any rental properties this company manages. "
