Stayed one week earlier- gave it a 10. This time the bed had washed sheets, but they were stained and visible. This is totally unacceptable.

Although quite updated and renovated in many areas, the hotel was clean and near lots of dining options. The breakfast required us to go next door to an attached restaurant and provide a piece of paper that essentially said we were guests of the hotel and gave us 2 options for breakfast. The pool and other amentities were under construction during the stay, but otherwise clean and convenient.

No pool, blood on the sheets at check in and no one came to change the sheets. So we were only able to use one bed and had to squeeze our whole family on one bed. Then quested to be changed and was told yea yea and then came back from our game at 4 and still not changed and had to go down and complain again. I told them I want someone in our room NOW. have to request towels to be changed/garbage. Then trying to make a family of four only get 2 towels to use. No phone in room to call service desk or other rooms. Other kinda of stains on the sheets. I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel.

This hotel is very average at best, but it is priced accordingly. It includes a full breakfast at the attached restaurant, which is nice. The hotel is signed "under renovation", but there doesn't seem to be any changes in at least a year. Things are still a bit dated and rough looking inside. Outside and parking area is quite dirty, and old. BUT, for the price, it's still a decent place to stay.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was a limited menu at the attached restaurant and very tasty. Nicer than a buffet. The renos aren't great. Some high impact things like fancy tile floor paired with incomplete paint jobs, poorly caulked tub, broken trim that was painted over... imagine a bad house flip with a few fancy details hoping to distract. Our towels were stained blotchy yellow and with what was likely makeup. There were grimy fingerprints on the bathroom door and wall. I washed them off with one of the stained towels as best I could. The bedding was clean, but the beds themselves were very uncomfortable. The pillowtops were knobby and the mattresses creaky. It was very quiet and the blinds were excellent at blocking light. The main areas seemed quite clean and the flooring everywhere was quite nice. The staff really were great. I just want to emphasize that. They brought us new towels (a couple of these were stained, too, but at least I knew they were clean) and everyone was very friendly.

The property is a bit older but they were doing renovations. Our room was clean,updated and had a really nice glass shower. Our free breakfast was at the restaurant next door and was very good, we could choose off their free menu or have $10 off the regular menu.

I could not understand the check in clerk. Heavy accent. Elevator was way down the hall from lobby. Its obviously an older hotel but been remodeled beautifully. Floors were very shiny and clean. Room was redone, too. Nice bathroom. I'd go again.

The hotel not at fault the government does it clean the snow very well. The staff restaurant Emma is very nice. The staff in lobby is super kind professional pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel it’s very clean. Always book your stay in Expedia Rates are much much better. The food in restaurants could use improvement. Over all it’s very good. I would stay here again I returned. It’s kind a boring place if you Donot have a car. You need a car get around here. A car it’s a must here. The snow the cold. It’s not waitress fault. The price for food it’s pretty expensive for the food. A restaurant is attached to the hotel. The hotel it’s good very clean very well well kept. Yes book this hotel i would give the a 4 plus. Rating. The staff in hotel is super nice. Thank you.
