Very nice spacious apartment, we had the top floor penthouse with a large private rooftop terrace and a very nice view of the city, the hills and the sea. A lot of stairs to climb, we got our exercise but we’ll worth it!

#### Charmant et bien situé, mais clim peu performante.

Une nuit dans ce B&B très bien situé proche mer et commerces. Propriétaires très aimables. Bon restaurant a proximité. Salle de bain privée, oui, mais accès en traversant un espace commun. Presence d'une cuisine commune avec cafetière à dosettes, charmante terrasse. Mini frigo dans la chambre. Petit dejeuner au bar du coin : boisson chaude et croissant. Climatisation peu efficace, nous avons eu très chaud malgré un réglage sur 20º... Le B&B est situé en haut de l'immeuble : plusieurs étages sans ascenseur avec les valises. Malgré celà, très bon rapport qualité prix, cadre charmant, je recommande pour quelques jours de vacances!

Serviceable. Close to museum. Just off main commercial street. Minutes walk from train station. Near beautiful promonade. Twenty minute aliscafo nearby gets you to Messina across the straight. Reggio di Calabria Lido surprisedly charming.

エレベーターが無く荷物運びに階段がつらい以外は、駅からも5分ほどで近く、メインストリートに接する場所で観光は徒歩圏内。部屋も広めでいいです。風呂場は専用ですが部屋の外でした。当日予約でしたが即効で対応してくれて、親切。荷物運びも助けてくれました。 ちなみに駅も階段あり、エレベーターは壊れてます。重いスーツケースは大変です。

The owner was super nice. He gave us a coupon for free gelato. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, close to the main streets, a lot of restaurants and close to the beach.

#### Convenient and good value

The B&B was good value, well situated, so close to Lido Station, although it seems not all trains stop at Lido. My room was the smallest and after 3 nights got a bigger room, which was far more comfortable, also bigger bathroom (right across the hallway but not shared). Breakfast is around the corner at café, basic coffee (good cappuccino) and croissant. Good service, I was met at Lido station but it would be easy to find. I would have liked to experience the top floor room with big balcony and view but it was taken. Everything is new and clean.

#### Reggio stupenda

Posizione ottima, b&b centralissimo in una traversa tra corso e lungomare. Bellissimo panorama dalla terrazza, che però è un po' faticosa da raggiungere (specie con i bagagli), perché non c'è ascensore. Colazione inclusa con buono al bar. Il gestore Francesco molto gentile, attento e disponibile. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Peccato essere stati solo una notte, anche se è la terza volta che veniamo a Reggio, perché questa parte della città è sempre meravigliosa!

#### B&B in centro. Attenzione no ascensore e 3°piano

B&B in vero centro; attenzione è un terzo piano (o quarto) senza ascensore. Questo rende scomodo trasportare valigie soprattutto se pesanti. In camera non erano presenti i termosifoni; quindi all'arrivo la stanza era fredda. L'aria condizionata compensa i termosifoni. Personale gentile e disponibile. Tutto sommato consiglio questa struttura.

Wir waren echt überrascht, wie schön das B&B tatsächlich ist, nachdem wir den Hauseingang gesehen hatten. Wir waren ganz oben und hatten neben einem Schlafzimmer, Küche und Bad noch eine schöne große Dachterasse. Frühstück gab es in einem Café direkt um die Ecke. Das B&B liegt sehr zentral. Die Straße hoch kommt man direkt auf die Einkaufsstraße, geht man die Straße nach unten, ist man direkt am Strand.

#### Perfect place to stay in Reggio C

Our experience in this hotel and Reggio di Calabria was fantastic all around. First, we passed the Lido Station (close to hotel) on our long-distance train and helpful folks provided the exact advise we needed to get within a few blocks of B&B H24\. Once there, we called Francesco who arrived in a few minutes to let us in and show us around. He is a fount of knowledge about the city and pointed out many more things to do than our short time allowed. He was ever so helpful and seemed genuinely happy to meet us and set us at ease. The view from the balcony is just stupendous across the Straits of Messina. The B&B is clean, comfortable, and close to nearly everything in Reggio, such as the train (Lido), the ferry to Sicily, the Museum of Magna Grecia, and the pedestrian street that runs parallel to the sea. For breakfast, Francesco gave us coupon cards for the Vittorio Emanuele Cafe a block away for coffee and pastries. I couldn't have picked a better spot in Reggio. We were only bummed that we did not have extra time to spend there.

#### Difficult to find B & B.

Hotel located in a side street. Difficult to find. We arrived late and had to enlist the help of a local cafe to locate the owners. Someone finally showed up to let us in. The entrance was seedy and dirty. We had to drag our stuff up 4 flights of dirty stairs, which gradually became narrower. The room was adequate. There was no sea view and breakfast consisted of a coupon for a local "bar" where we were given a coffee and pastry the next morning. The owners did not live on the premises and rented out apartments to other people. It was a scary experience and I feel the owners misrepresented themselves.
