Had an unexpected stay in Regensburg when all trains to Munich were cancelled. This hotel was walkable from the train station. Staff were all amazing, courteous and friendly and spoke English which was so helpful after a stressful day. The restaurant had good food and delicious German beer. The room was very comfortable and just what we needed! Danke everyone at Novotel

The check in took too long,there was no staff at the reception.We waited 10min till a girl from the bar to look and called the receptionist's mobile to find her,The line was built up until she finally came back.The room was wonderful,clean,quite and comfortable.But the body lotion bottle was empty,so it's a bit annoying.

The rooms were nice, parking was convenient. I left a piece of clothing in the room and when I called the hotel many times, they said they didn't find it. I told 100% it was left behind the bathroom door, but they say they didn't find it. Not true because I noticed it when we got to other hotel. They told me they don't take responsibility for any items left behind.

Over all the experience was good. Like most places in Germany the air condition is not as good as I am accustomed to. We did want to use their laundry service but they do not work on weekends. There were some laundry services near by but they do not work weekends or shut down early.

Nice hotel

Excellent hotel, good breakfast, 15 minute walk to lovely old town. Great underground parking for 17€. Hotel restaurant closed but good Italian close by.
