This hotel was a fantastic place right in the middle of town. The staff were incredibly friendly and willing to help me resolve some last-minute billing issues that came up. I really liked that the hotel was right in the middle of everywhere I needed to be for work. Overall, the hotel was very clean as was the room. I would highly recommend this hotel for friends or colleagues.

Great location and very friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast had a good choice of food. The room was quiet and clean. The only downside was the bed, not the most comfortable, and pillows were really thin. Otherwise, great stay!!!

The hotel is right in the old town and 5 mins walking from the train and bus stations. It is clean and the room is spacious. It is easy to walk to the attractions and steps away from shops and restaurants.

Clean, spacious, lots of convenient storage for a longer stay. Updated, old school hotel that kept much of the charm. Very friendly and helpful front desk. Excellent breakfast buffet but didn’t find many friendly dining options nearby for other meals and location felt a bit further out than we were used to staying, but still very convenient to public transportation. Our room had a tub and spray shower, but nothing to hang the sprayer on, so difficult to take a stand-up shower. Even so, would stay here again.

You wont find better!

Superb! Combines the modernity of most chains (it isnt in one) with a degree of German charm. Reception staff OUTSTANDING. 7 mins level walk from the station. Very good breakfast WITH PROSECCO OPTION! My only gripe would be the need for bottom sheet to be well tucked in even when against a wall (and the universal problem of slippery shower floor).

Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth and clear, including the fact that the hotel charges you a reduced rate for the parking (it’s not far from the hotel) and provides you with a payment stub to put in the machine when exiting the parkade. Location was convenient for walking everywhere and the breakfast was most enjoyable and very reasonably priced compared to other hotels we stayed in.
