"Very nice staff, perfect location if you’re visiting someone at UC Health Hospital with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Room was comfortable and nice layout with privacy curtain if the sofa bed is being used. Nicely equipped kitchenette, but some of the glasses and dish wear weren’t clean. I did not use the pool or exercise facilities. "

"The room was clean, the room seems more like a collage dorm. However, for the price it’s not bad. The beds aren’t the best, they only provide a sheet and no comforter. The bathroom is great and the water pressure and hot water were great. The view is great if you’re on the front of the building. "

"House is just what we needed. Had a bunch of family fly in for my daughter’s wedding and this home did not disappoint. It’s exactly (if not better) than the description. A lot of places leave out some items but not here. Our stay was amazing and if I ever need another place to sleep many people in Denver, I’m choosing this house again. Thank you Jim!"

"Breakfast was OK, but the second morning it was unattended. There was no juice at all, only water, and there was no syrup for the pancakes. They looked good but I had to toss them without syrup. The first night I stayed, the heat did not work at all and it was pretty cold all night. The next morning, the front desk attendant adjusted it and then it worked OK. Overall, not too happy. Will re-think staying at a Wingate Hotel."
