Entendimos que había sido nuestra responsabilidad y por eso, como gesto, lo repusimos comprando uno nuevo y dejándolo en la casa el último día para compensar. Les arbres qui l'entourent permettent un peu d'ombre en matinée et en soirée. Je ne comprends pas les commentaires des personnes qui indiquent que la piscine est sale. Comme toute piscine extérieure en campagne, quelques insectes s'y noient. Il suffit de les enlever avec le filet prévu à cet effet. La piscine n'est pas neuve et quelques petites tuiles auraient besoin d'être remplacées, mais rien qui nuise à son usage. C'est une très belle piscine.La maison est conforme à l'annonce et il y a tout ce qu'il faut.Il faut noter que l'air climatisé ne peut être utilisé qu'entre 12h30 et 17h, ce qui a été un peu problématique en période de canicule. Les autres journées, l'air s'est considérablement rafraîchit en soirée et la température de la maison s'est rajustée avec les fenêtres ouvertes pendant la nuit.C'est vrai qu'il faut être à l'aise avec l'utilisation du gaz pour l'eau chaude, la cuisinière et le barbecue.C'est aussi vrai que la route pour s'y rendre est sinueuse et semble interminable, surtout la première fois. Daniel et sa compagne ont été d'une très grande gentillesse lorsque nous sommes arrivés plus de 2h en retard.Mais la tranquilité et la beauté du paysage, combinés aux voisins très spéciaux que sont les chevaux aux alentours, en valent largement la peine." The house is clean, and has everything you need. The surriundings are beautiful. The problem is that the booking process is run by a company and not the actual owners. There's an excessive deposit required and renters have no choice but to pay it and sign an additional set of check-in rules. All of this happens after you book so you cannot get a refund if you choose not to accept. the owners, were very nice upon meeting with them personally. Whomever is responding on behalf of Cubos is not politerespectful. The owners also required an additional $20 pet deposit. Theres also an additional cleaning fee, if not cleaned to their satisfaction, but they dont tell what their standard is so we ended up cleaning better than we received it. All of this equates to hassles that just make it harder than checking into a hotel."
