"The view was lovely and location is excellent. We didn't use the pool area but we did use the gym and rooftop BBQ which is truly a star attraction for this resort. Location is so convenient for walking to the beach, bars and eateries. One street back from beachfront, this resort misses nothing! "

"Great location, opposite the beach, walkable to lots of food options and bus stop right outside. Lovely gardens and pools. Shame only one of the heated pools was open, as it made it busy. Would be amazing in summer with the huge unheated lagoon pool usable too. Very clean and comfortable (one of the renovated ones apparently), with gorgeous ocean and pool view from the top floor. Useful to have washer and dryer. Unfortunately the lift to this room was out of order, and the stair wells were outdoors and a bit of a maze to find. Staff were very helpful and friendly. "

"We loved staying here for the night. We stayed on a Friday night and could hear the bar below until very late. Food places around the hotel we either quite expensive or the restaurants didn’t look clean. "

"We checked in and was helped by the owners getting all our luggage carried to cottage.... and it was such a wonderful surprise to have espresso martinis already made up with a cheese and cracker platter in the fridge. fresh local foods also were stocked so we didn't have to go anywhere for breakfast the next day..... we made our own."
