"It is great brand name in hospitality, but the facility is not very well run. During our short stay earlier this month we encountered issues and difficulties we normally did not expect in a Hilton hotel:
At our check in, we were assigned to a room at the farthest end of the building, even though we are seniors; at our request, staff changed the room for us but this time we found the water did not go down in the drain and it could be fixed right away; so we had to change room again about 11:00 pm but found lots of dust on the air conditioner - apparently someone repaired the dry wall there yet forgot to clean the area. This is not all: the elevator close to our room stopped working right the next day and remained closed by time we checked out; also it is very surprising there's only one coffee maker in lobby and it is there mostly for morning hours. No complimentary hot water for tea in lobby, no lemonade or ice water either."
