"It is great brand name in hospitality, but the facility is not very well run. During our short stay earlier this month we encountered issues and difficulties we normally did not expect in a Hilton hotel: At our check in, we were assigned to a room at the farthest end of the building, even though we are seniors; at our request, staff changed the room for us but this time we found the water did not go down in the drain and it could be fixed right away; so we had to change room again about 11:00 pm but found lots of dust on the air conditioner - apparently someone repaired the dry wall there yet forgot to clean the area. This is not all: the elevator close to our room stopped working right the next day and remained closed by time we checked out; also it is very surprising there's only one coffee maker in lobby and it is there mostly for morning hours. No complimentary hot water for tea in lobby, no lemonade or ice water either."

"We we unaware that the place was under construction, so bar and breakfast area were closed. Not sure if they were in the process of putting up or dismantling a water slide, but they could've done a better job keeping the area cleaner. One of our rooms bathroom fan would NOT shut off. When we reported it to the front desk, the lady brushed us off and said they've already had maintenance check it out several times, and maintenance could not figure out why it wasn't working. Very annoying when trying to sleep or relax. My mom's room had moldy blankets and staff took forever to vome and change them and get the dirty ones out of the room. Very disappointed in Sonesta. I expected much better. Other staff were very nice, however. "

"Front desk people was great. Room was clean, breakfast was ok, not the bestest but it was breakfast. A/C controller on wall was messed up and unit was loud. All in all I would probably stay here again. Thank you!"
