"This isn't a 3-star hotel. Seriously understaffed, so the one guy who does work at the desk is not very friendly. I got five packs of decaffeinated coffee in my room, no regular, and when I asked for it, I had to go to the lobby and he handed me two packs (I was staying two nights). They don't have a single extra pillow. No breakfast of any kind, the restaurant is supposedly temporarily closed, but it looks like it has been closed for at least 6 months."
"We booked a hotel with a pool, hot tub, and a bar. Having those 3 amenities were the main reasons we selected this hotel. The bar was not open either night we were there. That made it very inconvenient for us. The pool area was dirty and only one jet worked in the entire hot tub.
Then in our room the air conditioner did not work at all.
We were very disappointed and will not be back"

"Convenient and had all the amenities I needed: breakfast, airport transport, and a fitness room. Staff pleasant. Shuttle reliable. Fitness center well equipped but needed towels and cleaning items. Breakfast was plentiful with a good array of healthy options. Would definitely stay there again."
