Talking to us at check in they realised it was our daughters birthday and they organised a cake to the room that afternoon which she loved! Clean rooms and great room service. Highly recommend. "The carpets had not been vacuumed nail clipping beside the bed. They have installed robo toilets to modernize but the lid of the toilet was opening and closing every time you moved it the room, I unplugged ours. Our room was missed by the cleaning staff because the Do Not Disturb sign was move on the door. The sign is built into the door and maybe it was moved by accident or kids playing we never noticed and the room was not cleaned. Phone was broken couldn’t call front desk for towels. Rooms are also very tiny no place even for suitcases. Cruise ship rooms are twice the size for reference. Only perk it was in a central location."
