"I loved the house in Manchester. It was truly close to the Etihad Stadium. The rooms are good sized and the beds were comfortable. The house has excellent heating system to beat the freezing weather of Manchester. Everything in the kitchen is labelled for easy identification and some snacks were available. Every room has a TV and the TV downstairs is large with good programming options to choose from "

"Lovely room, comfy bed, lots of hot water, adequate breakfast, plenty of parking in front of the hotel in its own compound, helpful staff on where to eat evening meal. Though our room overlooked a road, when we closed the.window, we could not hear the traffic."

"The room was too stuffy so a open window would have been useful. Air con kept me awake all night causing stuffy noses and dry throat. Toilet didnt flush properly and leaked"

"The worst room ever, NO TOWELS, NO TOILET, NO SHOWER. I don’t understand why this property is still allowed to host anyone. This was probably the worst hotel and should not be hosting any guests. No staff after 9 so access to property is via the yard in the back going up a slippery metal staircase in the rain. Instructions to get in were unclear and sketchy. I had to call the mobile phone provided and a lady helped out to get the codes. When I eventually got in, the area stinks and unkept. Then you have to access the room via a locked key box which was a nightmare to open. When you get into the room there’s a very old and shabby bed, insufficient linen and very cheap furniture. Very uncomfortable throughout. When I was looking for an iron to press my shirt there was nothing. Trying to have a bath and the shared bathroom was filthy, wet on the floor dirty inside and no soap provided The toilet had wee on the floor and toilet seat. I would like my money back please as I feel that I was subjected to the worst conditions possible Thank you "
