The only thing I noticed was the air filter cover was dusty and the shower curtain could be replaced. Other than that the house was spotless. The homeowner communicated well and made sure we had everything we needed and got checked in ok. It IS very clean and new looking inside, we didn't use the kitchen but it seems well equipped. Very spacious and the beds very comfortable, though quite low. The description lists a king bed, which is one of the reasons I picked it, but in reality all the beds are queens. There are no towel bars in the bathrooms, so it is a little awkward dealing with wet towels. The landscaping leaves something to be desired, and there is no cover on the patio.
