This home is perfect for multiple families with four spacious high capacity bedrooms and can host up to 8 adults with lots of room for all of the kiddos! Our La Rinconada comes fully equipped for Summer with a large, salt water pool, brand new 10 person spa, outdoor shower, outdoor dining and lounge area and so much more. This home has been tastefully and professionally designed for your maximum comfort! Bedroom 1 - 1 King Bed, 2 Queen Pull out Sofas Bedroom 2 - 1 King Bed, 1 Twin Pull out chair Bedroom 3 - 2 Queen Beds Bedroom 4 - 1 Queen Daybed, 1 (Sturdy) Twin Over Twin Bunk Bed All beds come fully set with luxury linens. \- Kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed for hosting large groups. \- Multiple living spaces inside and out. \- Each room has smart TV\`s. \- Full Gym equipped with multiple pieces of equipment as well as a TV, sound system AND sauna!! Guests have access to the whole property with the exception of a few locked \`Owners Closets\` and one locked area of the garage. All parking MUST be in the driveway and off the street according to our local City of Redding Short Term Rental Ordinance. PET POLICY We absolutely LOVE animals, and while our pet-friendly properties are designed with pets in mind, this particular home is carefully maintained to serve the diverse needs of all guests. To honor our guests with allergies, neighbors and cleaning staff, we strictly enforce this no-pet policy. While the ADA does not require disclosure of service animals, we GREATLY appreciate advance notice to help us prepare the property and plan accordingly for our cleaners. For guests booking one of our pet-friendly properties or traveling with service animals, please note: \- Pet Approval: All dogs must be approved through management via booking site messages. (Does not apply to ADA service animals.) \- Pet Fee: $35/night per dog, up to 2 dogs. OCCUPANCY Per city ordinance, the maximum occupancy is 2 adults per bedroom overnight, with a total cap of 16 adults on the property at any time. There is no cap on children. All guests, including children, must be accounted for in your reservation. SMOKING/VAPING Our properties are \*smoke-free\* homes, first and foremost. Smoking is NOT allowed inside any of our properties under any circumstances. \- Outdoor Smoking Rule: Smoking is prohibited within 25 feet of any door to the property. \- Outdoor Evidence of Smoking: Any evidence of smoking outside (including cigarette butts, leftover joints, marijuana scraps, pipes, vapes, etc.) will be promptly disposed of and will result in a $75 fine. Our host, Christie went above and beyond to make our stay great. Our daughter had a birthday and Christie set up a beautiful birthday banner, balloons and even cake. When we arrived it was the first thing we saw and it was beautiful. The property was outstanding; we had more than enough room and were able to visit with our friends, enjoy the hot tub which is larger than most properties and enjoyed the serenity of the community. Everything you need was close to the house, Costco, restaurants, etc. The property was immaculate , the gourmet kitchen was stocked with any appliance and need you may have. We had a great stay and look forward to coming back!
