Smoking is NOT allowed inside any of our properties under any circumstances. \- Outdoor Smoking Rule: Smoking is prohibited within 25 feet of any door to the property. \- Outdoor Evidence of Smoking: Any evidence of smoking outside (including cigarette butts, leftover joints, marijuana scraps, pipes, vapes, etc.) will be promptly disposed of and will result in a $75 fine.
