This private 1BR apartment is great for the garden yard, access to Whiskeytown lake & walking trail on the Sacramento River. It's 10 min drive to Whiskeytown beaches and hiking. One mile to coffee shops and downtown Redding & a quick walk to the Sacramento River trail. It is also 10 min drive to Bethel Church (excellent place to stay for conferences or visiting students). Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bed. Mini-split heat and AC. Off street driveway parking. \*\* Just so you have ALL the info… i do live upstairs with housemates. Quiet hours are 11pm-8am. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the Adirondack chairs on the shaded patio overlooking a beautiful terraced garden in the evenings after busy days exploring the area. Everything was super clean and the owner was easy to communicate with and very friendly. The beds were cozy.
