Historic Home in Red Wing Character & Convenience

  • Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located main level apartment. The property is a duplex-- the other tenants access thru exterior back steps. You do not share any spaces.

    Close to downtown shops, bars, restaurants, Sheldon theatre, park with live music, bakery, coffee shop and more! Short drive to wineries, brewery, golfing, the bluffs, and Mississippi River!


    Enjoy our main level unit where you will have access to 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, dining, living room, fully stocked kitchen. Washer/Dryer located in the basement. Basement may be a bit steep for some, but washer/dryer are availabl
    The space
    The property was built in 1900 and is located in the Red Wing Historical district. The "Yellow Door" which is what it is lovingly called has been completely updated in the fall of 2022.

    You are greeted by an open porch where you can sit and enjoy the fall nights, or have conversations while someone is grilling the meal for the night.
