"Pros: Good hotel, Food is perfect, New renovated hotel, Staff is helpful. Cons: Reception staff is not professional enough, calling reception from room is a nightmare, reception is mostly occupied and in a small area, SPA is very expensive and not professional at all, Beach bed is muddy, slippery and not good at all Pool bars serve only beverages, no snacks permitted!! No night entertainment!! "

"Had a lovely week at the ALDAU and was blown away by home huge it is. The pool is an absolute beast! A great family spot with lots to do and great service and staff. The food wasn't especially amazing unless you were able to score a reservation to one of the restaurants on site, which was nearly impossible to do, and you could only go once if you could. "Great hotel, staff was amazing they went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. Food was so delicious and so many varieties. Zachariah the assistant front desk manager provided a great customer service, the chef on the grill station, the housekeeping manager,Adam in the restaurant and the beach team were so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend and we will be back again. "
