Grandview #12 Townhouse

  • Grandview #12 is a two-bedroom townhouse that sits on the east end of town but is within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The front door opens up to a large living area with a wood-burning fireplace (wood is provided during the winter season) and flat-screen satellite TV for your entertainment.



    Also on the first floor is a lovely dining area with a full-sized, fully equipped kitchen as well as a ½ bath. The property is within walking distance of the retail shops and eating establishments.



    Two bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. The master bedroom has a king bed with a wonderful view of the mountains from a private balcony. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and private balcony. There is a full bathroom (tub/shower) in the hallway and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This property has a total of 1036 square feet.



    Other features include High Speed WiFi, (making it a great choice if you need to work remotely) a front porch with seating, and a charcoal grill.

    There are 2 parking spaces right in front of this unit making unloading a breeze! Unit does have washer/dryer. No trailer parking.
