There was no reason to close the entire parking stall. There was also a non-EV BMW 3 series parked in the only other charging stall, blocking access to it. When people drive hundreds of miles into Death Valley to an expensive Inn with two chargers, they shoukd be able to expect the management to ensure both are available to actual EV cars."
