"Basic hotel, quite far from the centre of Singapore but easy to get to by MRT. Room and bathroom were very small but facilities in room were good. Most importantly the AC in the room was very good, which was really important during Singapore’s hot weather. "

"Rooms were clean and larger than anticipated. Area felt safe even with a red light area close by . Staff was very accommodating and helped me get a cab to the airport. Will stay here again. Only complaint was no fridge in the room. "

"Good value. I was a little concerned about the area the hotel is in at first but it turned out not to be an issue. It is conveniently located to food stalls, shops, buses and within walkable distance to MRT stations. The room was clean and basic, and perfectly ok. However, the room smelled musty or something like mould(?) or camphor(?). The window could not be opened to air the room, the air conditioner helped some what. There was hot water, a land line phone and a cupboard for hanging...

"Probably the most uncomfortable hotel I have stayed in . The beds are very short, I’m 5 ft 10in and my feet hung over the bottom, they are also extremely hard with a mattress just resting on a solid board with no springs! It’s also incredibly noisy with very little sound proofing, not from external noise but internally. It’s a shame because the staff were extremely nice. I stayed at an 81 hotel on the way out which was considerably better."

"It was a fairly nice 2-star hotel. Because they admit they're a 2-star I'd like to give them a 5-star review, but I can't.. See, I understand things in Asia might happen to be slightly smaller in some instances because Asians tend to be (emphasis on tend to be, because I've seen some big Asians in my life!) somewhat smaller than Western people - especially us big Americans -- which I am admittedly large myself.. But that bathroom was SUPER tiny! I've been all around Asia, whether it be public...
