"The best thing I can say about this place is the bed was clean and comfortable. All the fixtures were rusty, the chair was ripped up and overall generally unclean. I would have left even without a refund if it hadn’t been so late already."

"The property is clean, Rooms are very spacious and well taken care of,clean and staff are so nice. Anytime I'm in Harrisburg this is my hotel I stay at. I bring my service dog and they have no problem with him. The breakfast meal plan is a good option, as well and it is freshly made as they state and very delicious. Staff here go beyond for you to make your stay a happy one. "

"This was my second stay here. My first stay last year was great. This year, although the bed and bathroom were clean, the rest of the room was not. The kitchen floor was sticky, the grounds in the coffee machine were not dumped and had mold. There were crumbs that weren’t wiped on the kitchen/eating surfaces and the refrigerator also had not been wiped out. There was a large flying bug in my room at one point as well."

"The property was BEAUTIFUL! The hotel was quiet and peaceful. The apartment was clean. Upon arrival, I did my own inspection and the only concern I had was the mattress cover... it was soiled and I was not comfortable sleeping on that. The staff on duty did change it for me with no hesitation. I am definitely looking forward to returning. Staff was very friendly and hospitable. Lots of attractions and restaurants in the area. Parking was great!"
