We enjoyed the multiple hot tub locations and the activities available on the property for the kids (basketball courts, pool, sauna, game area).

The staff was very helpful.

I was impressed when we showed up! Everything was clean and set up for us. We had 2 minor issues that were taken care of quickly. The staff was easy to get ahold of and very pleasant. I appreciated the covered parking and walkability to Snowmass Mall.

Our first stay at this hotel was unfortunately very disappointing. We arrived a little early and checked in, but the front desk experience got our stay off to a poor start. The woman helping us seemed much more interested in talking with her coworkers and assisting other guests than focusing on our check-in. Since it was our first time staying at the hotel, I expected at least a brief explanation of the property or its amenities, but none was provided. We were simply told that we'd receive a text when our room was ready. Check-in time was 4:00 p.m., but after 4:00 our room still wasn't ready. We had to return to the front desk, and they eventually assigned us a different room. When we got there, our room keys didn't work. We tried calling the front desk, but no one answered, so we had to go back downstairs. Instead of apologizing or helping, the front desk employee acted as though we were the problem and didn't know how to open a hotel room door. To make matters worse, the guests across the hall were screaming and yelling for hours. It wasn't until around 11:30 p.m. that security finally came by and told them that multiple guests had complained. Overall, the lack of customer service, poor communication, and noise made for a frustrating experience. Unfortunately, this was not the welcoming first stay we had hoped for, and I would not choose to stay here again.
