A """Deposit -or' Hold""" should have been noted, NOT A STRAIGHT PURCHASE?? Conveniently 5 days later, still no return on the $75 ""Hold": because they intentionally placed it originally on the card as a Purchase!! The next day, they we spoken to and adked as well. I got a snotty attitude and was told that my bank would take the normal 2 - 3 days to put it back, but thats how ""They"" write up their deposits/holds?? This Scammy Days-Inn location in Fern Park, FLLocation should be flagged w/a warning ⚠️ from Expedia.com and ALL OTHER TRAVEL BOOKING SIGHTS. "

"Walking distance to several restaurants: Waffle House, Chick-Fil-A, Einstein Bagels, and more. For shopping, there's Old TIme Pottery, and a small strip mall close by. This was a one night stop for me, but is supposed to be for longer stays. Amenities are miniimal, housekeeping limited, but the place is clean and I felt safe. Probably the only slightly bothersome negative was that there is NO trashcan in the room. You had to take it to designated places on property. No place to even put your trash, no trash bag, so that was a bit awkward. Really?"

"Overall the place was very convenient to all our activities for the week. When we first pulled in, it didn’t look like the picture, most of the plants died in the freeze so the dead plants looked bad. It’s an older bungalow but the inside was clean and comfortable. A few maintenance issues such as master sink very slow to drain, the microwave broke while we were using it, toaster didn’t want to pop up right, front door warped so need to pull to make sure lock engages, and dryer is old so it took twice as long to dry clothes. The host was pretty accessible through text on VRBO site. I did get a small refund for sink issue. They were willing to send cleaner to fix it but we were in and out most of the time. The front porch light stayed at about 10 watt. Not enough to light up the porch. The area was quiet. "

"We stayed here for 2 weeks and had a great experience. The house was very clean and had plenty of space for our group.The location was perfect. It was easy to get to everything we wanted to do, but the area itself wasn’t overly congested, which made it really relaxing to come back to at the end of the day.The owners were wonderful and very accommodating with anything we needed during our stay. Communication was easy and they made everything simple from check-in to check-out.We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the Casselberry area. "

"Went to Winter Park for our Daughter's wedding in Winter Park at the Capon House for the weekend and found this cute 3/1 house in a quote neighborhood right around the corner from the wedding venue. It was so clean and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. Cooked only one meal on the first night there due to scheduled wedding events but the Kitchen was stocked with plenty of cooking utensils, pans, pots, etc. They had the perfect coffee bar set up stocked with KCups, Coffee, and all the fixins. The living room has plenty of room for a big family to enjoy each other while cooking a good dinner! We even had the bridesmaids over to make all their own Bouquets and put out some snacks on the big kitchen bar while they worked on the flowers. The house is very pet friendly. They had dog bowls ready to use and a giant fenced in back yard! The beds were all super comfortable to sleep in and they even had floor fans in the closet which save our butts because we forgot to bring ours. We need to sleep with the noise of a fan so that was a nice perk. I highly recommend anyone going to Orlando for fun, visiting your kids that are going there for college, or even just an adult weekend getaway to keep this place in mind. We will gladly stay here again the next time we come to this area. Thank you for providing a wonderful place at an affordable price!"
