    Fully furnished with 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, kitchenette with electric hot plates and microwave, no stove or range. Includes washer/dryer. Use of outdoor grill and outdoor shower. Includes 4 beach passes.

    Small pet and kid friendly. Parking on the street, preferably away from #37. If needed, please use temporarily the left driveway.

    Coded entry. Please enter through gate on right side of house towards back of house for front entrance. Entrance is not green door.

    A very pleasant stay - no surprises
    We came in for three nights, and were pleased with the accommodations, location, and clarity and accuracy of the listing. As long as you know there's no oven or cooktop in the kitchen area, you won't be surprised. The coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher were plenty for our breakfast needs and even reheating leftovers from the local seaside restaurants (which were pricy as expected). Communication with the host was reasonably prompt. Property was clean and sufficiently comfortable. The heating/AC blower does run a tad bit loud (sound of rushing air when it runs), but would only be a problem if you are highly sensitive to such things. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

    The apartment was even prettier than the pictures. Well supplied and so comfortable. Ideal location so close to the beach. We hope yo return some time soon.

    Great beach stay!
    Amazing stay for my family of 4 and our dog. Super clean and had all the necessities like extra TP, hand soap, dish liquid, paper towel - stuff I always wonder “should I bring?” More spacious and comfortable than I expected too! Wonderfully close to beach, restaurants and Pier Village.
