Poderia ser melhor.

Localização ótima e estrutura do prédio ótima, tudo novo com mercado interno, recepção e estacionamento. O que foi uma decepção foi a limpeza do apartamento, o chão estava muito sujo, os vidros da varanda cheio de manchas de mão de crianças, cabelo nos móveis e no banheiro. Além disso, a qualidade da roupa de cama e banho deixou muito a desejar. O ar condicionado foi projetado de uma forma que ele fica em cima da cama e incomoda bastante. Se alugar, certifique com a empresa que administra uma melhor limpeza.
