la pulizia delle stanze era buona lo staff gentile e disponibile la colazione niente di che glu ultimi tre giorni siamo dovuti andare fuori la struttura a prendere il caffe e il cappuccino perché non lo avevano avvistamenti di capri ed ultimo il servizio navette era scarso

Room was clean but not having an elevator and no help carrying in our check in bags up two flights of stairs was not what we'd hope for checking into a rather expensive hotel. The breakfast isn't bad but it's very limited and the room doesn't have a window so it feels much smaller than the photos. The shower also does not get very warm and it's very very small - it feels tight. We opted to change hotels even though they didn't refund is because it wasn't the experience we'd hoped for given the amount of money we paid

"The hotel is perfectly situated across from the boardwalk, the sea and a beautiful castle. Great spot for an early morning run or walk. People were very friendly in Naples. I can’t believe I waited this long to visit south Italy. Will visit and stay at the Royalton again."
