"Amazing stay in such a peaceful location! Beautiful breakfast, definitely worth the money. Thank you so much Petra for your hospitality!
Can’t wait to return "
"Lovely staff and good food. The outside of the courtyard rooms very tatty and the area outside of rooms dirty.
Shower floor very slippery, nothing to hang on to and the basin taps not working properly also the water wouldn’t empty!"
"Very enjoyable stay. Cleanest room we’ve stayed in for a while! Rooms are luxurious and products such a shower gels and complementary drink / snacks also great quality. "
"Lovely quiet room if a bit dark.
Only interaction with staff was at check in and out as our room was along the road from the main building. This was different from a normal hotel stay but made it seem more that we were in our own apartment as a local, which was wonderful.
Good size room and bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
Small park across from the building and a friendly local pub at the end of the road.
All in all a lovely relaxing stay."

"We stayed over for a night on a motorcycle trip. The hotel was perfect for our stay with beautiful views of the Humber from an open terrace at the back of the hotel. The room was nice and quiet with only the rabbits as neighbours. The bed was great too ensuring a good slumber near the Humber!"
"My wife tends towards OCD and even she found this property spotless. I’m an architect and built my own home and I found the workmanship in the home excellent. The couple who hosted us were delightful and the service and breakfast were great. We only had a short walk to a delightful pub to make our stay first rate."
5A - A beautiful, contemporary and unique 1 bedroom property.
10/10 Excellent
"Very clean and comfortable. Although on a main road, it was quiet with lovely open space out the back. The view of the garden and chickens was lovely from the living area looking out from the large windows. Had everything you need. Bedroom and en-suite very airy. The owners little dogs were cute running in the garden. Owner very nice and helpful. Nothing too much trouble, even down to borrowing food scales! "
"A lovely little cabin by a lake at the back of the owner's house (great distance between. Felt secluded and peaceful. Was great waking up and feeding the chickens, guinea fowl, geese and ducks with a cup of tea looking at the lake. A great spot to unplug and relax. Fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, central heating, cooker, kettle etc. a few more utensils would be handy. Highly recommend a stay here and the owners, Amanda and Barry are friendly, helpful and good folk."
