"Great room layout if you are travelling with kids (deluxe design). Beds comfy, facilities well designed and plenty of onsite parking made this a good one night stopover. Ate out, so can’t comment on food. Overall, impressed with the location and service of this hotel and will use again."

"The room was lovely and bed supper comfy but then that would be expected as the room was expensive for what it was. Some biscuits with tea and coffee would have been nice. The toilet paper was very cheap quality which surprised me. Shower was fabulous and a good size. Tv was great quality and massive too. I hand the breakfast which was …’ok’ not bad but again quality was not great. Hash browns were not great at all a lacked flavour, texture and were like overcooked deep fried triangles of mash potato. Sausage were very very cheap and not really cooked very well. I could not believe (and was disappointed by) the fact they did not have any marmalade or raspberry jam. Coffee was great and the staff were very friendly too. A variety of teas would have been good. Alternative milk options seemed to not be an available either. I think a look at who supplies the food would be a good idea as it let the experience down rather."

"We came for a family night away to celebrate a birthday and we really found the hotel to be relaxed and friendly from the minute we got there. Our room was clean and within minutes of checking in staff came in with a basket and bowls for our dog. We had a few drinks in the bar area that evening which was busy due to football but a great atmosphere. The breakfast was lovely and the choice was great. We used the gym and spa and found the staff in the golf shop all to be extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. My husband enjoyed the golf and overall it was a very lovely weekend and we would definitely recommend and return."

"Asked for early check in but never shown any interest at all - pushed back big time. Customer service seems not in the agenda at all. Mini fridge in The room was leaking and bathroom sink had blockage issue…not sure if this ever get checked once guest had departed??"

"We had an excellent stay at the hotel, it is exceptionally family friendly, our children were well catered for and really enjoyed their stay - the staff were lovely and really helpful, with a special thanks to Suleyman for making the children feel so welcome. We will definitely be back again."
