The main door was inaccessible unless you forced the latch with a sharp implement (we used a metal nail file). 3\. There's a broken ironing board and no iron. 4\. The single room has no furniture other than a bed and little table and only one flat pillow. 5\. The wardrobe has hangers but no rail to hang them on. 6\. Why ask us for an EXTRA £10 security non-refundable payment after booking - why not just add it on the the price?
