The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were very comfortable and the location was nice because we could walk to enough of the city to eat and explore. We also enjoyed the various art installations around the hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed Lancaster and the surrounding area! "

"The staff was amazing. They let us check in a few hrs early. They called our room to check on us shortly after checking in. The hotel lobby has tea, coffee and cocoa for the gues They also have cookies sitting out for guests in the evening. I enjoyed the drink options for breakfast. "
