  • OCCUPANCY LIMIT 12 -This 5-bedroom 2 bath home is waterfront on Sebago Lake. The property comes with a private dock and a small sandy beach. A larger association beach is a short walk away. The property has a nice size yard with a fire pit. There are also 2 kayaks and a canoe available. Multiple rooms have views of the lake. 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on the main floor. The 2nd floor has the main bedroom with a bathroom. The lower level has 3 more bedrooms with direct access to the backyard and the lake. NO PARKING ON THE FRONT LAWN. THE SEPTIC IS THERE.
    Waterfront/Lot Description: Large lot. Dock/Suitable for tie-up: Yes. GUEST HAVE ONE SIDE OF THE DOCK, THE OWNERS BOAT WILL BE ON THE OTHERSIDE. Mooring: NO
