This charming, completely updated lakehouse is located on a quiet serene property. It comes with access to our 150ft association sandy beach with private boat launch on Sebago lake which is just a short 2 min walk down the street. This quintessential property is the perfect place to relax an escape the hustle and bustle of life. The kitchen has full size appliances, including a dish washer and washer an dryer. Also it is fully stocked with utensils, dishes, glassware, pots and pans. The bathroom has a beautiful shower and is stocked with towels, hand towels and face cloths. The home has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 6\. The first bedroom is a queen bed an the second has a full over full bunkbed. We will also provide a pack n play with toddler size mattress for those traveling with little ones. Beach towels, chairs, beach toys, a wagon, fire pit and grill are all on site for your use! Spend a day on the beach or explore all the area has to offer with endless amounts of resturants, hiking trails, shopping and 30 mins to Portland/ocean. There are also boat and kayak rentals right around the corner! Then at the end of your day come home to a covered screened in porch equipped with table an chairs, making it a perfect place for a bug free evening of BBQ, board games and cold drinks. Also have the option to unwind by the fire and feast on some samores! If R&R is what your looking for but with also plenty to do if thats what you choose then this is your place! There was only one AC unit for the entire home so we purchased a standing fan to use in the room my son stayed in.
